All candidates are vetted and must be compliant with our recruiting process. Depending on the role, candidates may pass aptitude tests, provide references, and complete our onboarding process before we present them to our clients.
Many agencies will find a name on a list and submit them for your approval prior to discussing the role with the candidate or determining if they are fit for the job.
